Luke Abbott, Founder & CEO
I'm Luke, Founder and CEO of Forma.
Originally from the United Kingdom, I fell in love with Aotearoa NZ and now proudly call the NZ home after finishing my higher education in the UK.
With a degree in Strength and Conditioning Science combined, a proven track record of amazing results, a penchant for data driven insights, advanced programming and passion for exploring emerging technologies I founded Forma Insights alongside an epic group of Aotearoa’s best in the business with the objective of unlocking the potential of everyone I work with.

Today we test from Whangarei in the North to Invercargill in the South Island.
